| Storage Unit Rental Terms: |

|
|
- Storage unit rentals must be made for a minimum of three months.
- A contractual agreement must be read and signed by the customer.
- The first month's rent and a security deposit in the amount of one month rental fee is due on the day that the unit is rented.
